When you are stressed and overwhelmed, it is good to stop. Sit down and notice what is around you. Shut down thoughts going through your mind. Take a deep breath. Be present.
As we give ourselves and our children the love and coping skills to release pain, everyone becomes more alive. We are better able to live life and help others. Our efforts and awareness bring renewal; we transform ourselves by discovering new ways to understand ourselves and our kids.
